Is there anyone out there that knows how to works with icons on the Vista platform? I'm not talking about creating, editing, or importing--or even about how to make a shortcut or a folder use a specified icon...I'm talking about system-level control, assigning icons to filetypes. Windows 3.1 through Windows XP? No problem. Windows Vista? BIG problem--the relevant tabs and GUIs have vanished.
