Footslog Support - Ticket ID 12165 Completed

Date submitted: Fri, November 5 at 21:30:42
Category: Hardware
RAM: ?
Processor: Pentium
MHz: 300
Operating System: Macintosh
The problem:

Can I retrieve deleted information from my mac hard drive or is it lost forever once deleted? If so, how can it be done?

Solution:
After you delete them they get placed into the Trash. After you empty the Trash you will need a third party software you recover the deleted files like Norton Utilities. If you are planning to using a third party software to recover your deleted files, use your Mac as little as possible so these files that you want to undelete wont be damaged or overwritten.
