Put the Control Panel on the Start Menu
If you access your Control Panel a lot you may want to consider putting
it under the Start button menu.
Right-click the Start Button. Select Open. A box will open
up labeled Start Menu. Click File->New->Folder.
Then name the folder:
Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
You must name it exactly what is above or it will not work.
