Put Dial-up Networking on the Start Menu
If you access your Dial Up Networking a lot you may want to consider
putting it under the Start button menu.
Right-click the Start Button. Select Open. A box will open
up labeled Start Menu. Click File->New->Folder.
Then name the folder:
Dial Up Net.{992CFFA0-F557-101A-88EC-00DD010CCC48}
You must name it exactly what is above or it will not work.
